• The Auto Electrical Test Bench has been specially designed to cater to the needs of Auto Electricians, Service Centers, Transport Corporations, Institutions and other bulk users of Auto Electrical Equipments for complete testing of Alternator, Regulator and their associated parts, It has also a built in provision to check light run of starter motor, both 12V and 24V types and a series lamp for installation check.
• Auto Electrical Test Bench is equipped with a 220V single phase 2HP 1440 RPM Motor.
• The instruments and control panel are mounted at a convenient angle for clear vision and easy access to the controls. It has four digital panel meters for simultaneous monitoring of volt and ampere readings. The panel incorporates all indicator lights, the necessary toggle switches, push button and miniature circuit breakers.
• The bench is equipped with fixed load resistances of 5A, 10A, 20A & 40A to give a wide range of currents from 5A to 75A for 12V alternators and 10A, 20A & 40A to give currents from 10A to 70A for 24 Volts alternators.
• A simple alternator harness includes all the necessary wires and clips for connecting various alternators. Two heavy duty wires are supplied for checking starter motor.
